The show dates are Friday 23rd, Saturday 24th & Sunday 25th February 2018.
The opening hours are 10am - 5pm Friday & Saturday, 10am - 4pm Sunday.
Set Up & Break Down Times
Set Up - Thursday 22nd February 8am - 7pm
Break Down - Sunday 25th February 4pm - 9pm and Monday 26th until 11am at the absolute latest.
N.B - It is essential for safety of public and respect to other exhibitors that you do not pack up until 4pm. Please note, it is important to be well organised & swift for the Sunday night breakdown as the electricians and the wall company will be on site on Sunday night to break down the walls & electrics.
Your stand comes with 2.3m high exhibit quality wall panelling (charcoal coloured). They are supplied by Displayworks. If you are wanting signage, furniture, carpet etc, for your stand - you can contact them directly. Please call Nicola Ransome 03 338 4195, 0274 952 827 @ Displayworks. Each stand is also supplied with a 4 way multi box (max 10amps) and 1 to 2 spotlights.
Parking for Exhibitors
Please park near the back end of the car park leaving the parks closest to the building for Home Show customers & pool clients. Exhibitors Passes You will be provided with exhibitor passes to be worn during the duration of the show. The passes will be available at the front desk on set up day.

At the conclusion of the event, any consignments that are to be picked up by freight companies must be labelled and collected before 5pm on Monday 2nd March. Please also put name of freight company so they can identify it quickly.
Free Client Tickets
We can create a free E ticket that you can send to your client database. If you would like to do this, please send us a pdf file of your logo and we will email this free ticket out for you to pass onto your clients.
If you have any new products or are running any Show Promotions/ Prizes/Specials, please can you let us know. I can put these details on our website and also we can advertise them where possible.
There is a huge range of accommodation in and around Queenstown, check out Trivago for a current list. We recommend that you book your accommodation early as Queenstown books out year round.
All items that you have on your stand that have power cords must have been tested and tagged by a certified test and tag agent. If you do an Internet search you will find people in your area who will be able to do this for you. We will also have electricians on site on set up day who can do this for you, the cost is $10 per item.
We will have a space for exhibitors with coffee & tea available for you during the day. There is also a cafe on site in the foyer, and an outside food van as well.
Friday Night Exhibitor Drinks & Nibbles
We will have a drinks hour after the close of business on Friday night, where we will provide beverages and snacks for you and your staff. This is a chance to mingle with other exhibitors and relax after the first day.
