We’re excited to invite you to join us for a fun evening of drinks and nibbles on Friday night of the show, starting at 4pm.
This is a great way to socialise with other exhibitors – it’s often a time when business contacts are made too!
Friday 23rd June: 10am – 4pm
Saturday 24th June: 10am – 5pm
Sunday 25th June: 10am – 4pm
Please collect your passes from the front desk on Thursday.
Set Up and Break Down Times
Set Up: Thursday 22nd June 8.30am – 7pm
Pack Down: Sunday 25th June from 4pm
Please note electricity and walls will be taken down on Sunday night. If you are leaving gear on your stand it is at your own risk, please place it in the middle of your stand.
All equipment must be gone by 10am Monday 26th June at the latest.
The walls supplied by Displayworks are 2.3m high and charcoal in colour. You can attach posters etc to the walls with velcro dots.
The flooring is carpet tiles that are placed over the stadium wooden floor. A 4-way power box and 2 lights are on each stand.
